A book featuring my photographs, F. Scott Fitzgerald in Minnesota: The Writer and his Friends at Home, was published in 2017. The 288-page hardcover book is a comprehensive registry of the Minnesota friends of F. Scott Fitzgerald. The subject is of particular importance to Fitzgerald scholars because the Saint Paul native would re-imagine many of his youthful acquaintances as characters in his writing throughout his career. The book contains new research by historian David Page and over 100 of my supporting photographs. Copies are available through the University of Minnesota Press or directly from me if you wish to purchase.

In my free time I love to travel internationally, remodel our 1891 brick rowhouse, explore my adopted hometown and tend my collection of mineral crystals. I live in Saint Paul, Minnesota with my stylish wife, Heidi Havens, and our equally stylish kitty, Lucy.
